Our Services

We work closely with homeowners and location scouts to discover distinctive spaces, organize professional photoshoots for listings, and leverage (need a classier term) our network of industry contacts—including brands, production companies, and creative directors—to book these properties for a variety of projects.

Our Process

From drafting contracts and handling invoices to securing insurance tailored to each production, we manage every aspect of the booking process. We are present on set for every shoot to ensure smooth operations, providing hands-on support from start to finish.

What’s in it for Us

For our comprehensive services, Hechtkopf & Co. takes 30% of the total day rate from each production.

Property Protection & Homeowner Support

During shoots, we collaborate with protection companies to safeguard properties by using mats, rugs, and wall protection. In the unlikely event of damage, homeowners have 48-72 hours to report it, after which repairs are managed by the production company. If a shoot extends beyond a day or involves long hours, we coordinate hotel accommodations for homeowners, covered by the production.
